CustomBuildersArkansas.com is owned, operated, and powered by Build or Beg SEO LLC, a veteran-owned American company. This policy explains what information Build or Beg SEO LLC (“we”) collects through the Site, how we use it, and which service providers process it for us.

Browsing the directory

You can browse without an account. We don't use analytics, advertising trackers or tracking cookies. Like any website, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical data (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) to deliver the Site and protect it from abuse.

When you email us

If you write to an address at custombuildersarkansas.com, we receive your name, email address and whatever you include in your message, and use it only to reply and handle your request.

When you subscribe to a featured listing

You choose your cities on our site; checkout is hosted by Stripe. We receive your name, business name, email address, phone number, billing address if collected, the plan and cities you chose, and the website you enter, and keep an advertiser record with your subscription status and listing details. We use it to review and publish your listing, bill your subscription, send receipts and service emails, and keep the business and tax records we're required to keep. Your full card number goes directly to Stripe; we never see or store it.

Builder listings

Free listings contain business information that builders publish themselves (business name, location, website, phone and services). A builder can ask us to correct or remove its listing at any time.

Our service providers

• Stripe processes payments, hosts checkout and the billing portal, and sends payment receipts. Stripe may also use payment data to prevent fraud and meet its legal obligations, as described in Stripe's own privacy policy.
• Vercel hosts the Site and processes the technical request data described above.
• Resend sends and receives our email, including confirmation emails and messages sent to hello@custombuildersarkansas.com, which it forwards to our business inbox.

We don't sell or rent personal information, or share it for other companies' advertising.

Keeping and protecting information

We keep billing records for as long as tax and accounting rules require, and other information only as long as we need it for the purposes above. We limit access to the people who run the Site.

Your choices

Email hello@custombuildersarkansas.com to ask what information we hold about you, or to correct or delete it, subject to the records we must keep by law. The Site isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
