Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of CustomBuildersArkansas.com (the “Site”) and to featured listing subscriptions purchased on it. By using the Site or subscribing, you agree to them.

Who we are

CustomBuildersArkansas.com is owned, operated, and powered by Build or Beg SEO LLC, a veteran-owned American company. Build or Beg SEO LLC is the legal operator of the Site and the merchant responsible for its advertising subscriptions. “We,” “us” and “our” mean Build or Beg SEO LLC. You can reach us at hello@custombuildersarkansas.com.

The directory

Free listings are provided for information only. We confirm basic details before listing a business, but we do not endorse, guarantee or supervise any builder, and we are not a party to any agreement between you and a builder. Always check licensing, insurance, references and contract terms yourself before hiring. Builders can ask us to correct or remove their free listing at any time.

Featured listing subscriptions

A featured listing places your business in the clearly labeled “Sponsored” section of the city pages included in your plan. Current plans are:

• Single City: 1 city, $97 per month (USD)
• Three Cities: 3 cities, $197 per month (USD)
• Five Cities: 5 cities, $297 per month (USD)

Before paying, you choose your plan's full number of cities from the published city pages listed on our advertising page. A plan is offered only when enough city pages are live to fill it, and you can ask us to change your cities later. We don't guarantee any number of visitors, calls, leads or search rankings.

We review every featured listing before it goes live, and may ask you for photos, a description and your services. Your listing is shown only while it is approved and your subscription is paid up. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us, and you confirm you have the right to let us publish it (including photos and logos). We may decline, edit or remove content that is inaccurate, misleading, unlawful or inappropriate for the directory.

Billing

Your subscription is billed by Build or Beg SEO LLC. This is the business name you'll see associated with your payments. Payments are processed by Stripe on our behalf. Your card is charged when you subscribe and then automatically every month on the same date until you cancel. Card statements normally show the charge as “BUILD OR BEG SEO LLC,” though some banks display it differently. Receipts are emailed to the address you use at checkout.

If a payment fails, Stripe will retry it and we may email you to update your card. Your featured listing is hidden while a payment is overdue, and if payment still isn't made the subscription is cancelled. We'll give you at least 30 days' notice by email before changing the price of an existing subscription.

Cancellation

You can cancel anytime from the billing portal link in your confirmation email, or by emailing hello@custombuildersarkansas.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period: your advertising stays active until then, and you won't be charged again.

Refunds

• Partial months: once your advertising is active, we don't refund partial billing periods, including when you cancel partway through one.
• Placements we can't fulfill: if we can't provide the featured placements you purchased (for example, if we don't approve your listing, or a city page you chose is taken down), we will refund the affected charges in full.
• Billing errors: if you're charged in error, contact us and we'll refund the charge.

Nothing in these terms limits any refund right you have under applicable law.

Disclaimers and liability

The Site is provided “as is.” We work to keep it accurate and available but don't promise it will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the work, conduct or pricing of any builder, and our total liability to an advertiser is limited to the amount they paid us in the three months before the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version. If a change materially affects active subscriptions, we'll email subscribers before it takes effect.
